It has a spectacular 270 degree view of the south shore of Providenciales form Long Bay to the South Dock and Juba Sound- Sunrise to Sunset the views are always breathtaking.

Situated on one acre of land it is a private retreat but it is a short distance, across the road, from Long Bay Beach where you can walk for miles on a pristine beach.

The new kitchens and bathrooms feature granite tops and stainless steel appliances with high end cabinetry. The sofas on both floors pull out to accommodate 2 extra people on each floor.

On each floor, one bedroom is a queen and the other is a king that can be divided into 2 twin XL.
