Delancy began her career in hospitality 20-years ago. As a native of Turks and Caicos herself, Delancy pursued a Bachelors degree in International Affairs with a focus in Business Administration at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She has served as a wedding, sales, and catering manager at a local five-star resort, now running her own Turks and Caicos operation today.
